Lessons In Hair
On Saturday I went and had some cornrows done to my hair and I realized something as soon as it was finished: this hairstyle is a great way to scratch that BC itch.
I LOVE having short, cropped hair. Everyday I consider chopping my hair all off and rocking the low ceasar or some stylized short do like her.

This may sound stupid...
The idea is to only eat until you’re no longer hungry rather than until you’re stuffed.
What I usually do is have a small breakfast (oatmeal with fruit salad or tea and toast with jam), then a small, light sandwich for lunch. Maybe a mini-salad or smoothie or some type of snack 2 hours later. The next meal is dinner which I try to have done by 6, so that by 9 I can have my tea and...
