When in this situation I like to give guys the benefit of the doubt and assume they don’t understand that those things are the benefits of the privilege of a relationship. I then explain that to them. Most guys that say they don’t want a relationship yet continue to do things that you’ve outlined as within relationship territory actually want one, they just don’t want the responsibility of being in one. They can also have difficulty being decisive.
A guy is giving mixed signals when he says he doesn’t want a relationship yet he’s calling all the time, wants to know your life story, texts to say he’s thinking about you, wants to go out of his way to pick you up and all this other extra shit, right?
Am I missing something, are fuck buddies supposed to be sentimental and shit now?
